CULTURAL AMNESIA  ... WHAT AN ASTONISHING ALL-ENCOMPASSING ERUDITION




Now about threequarters the way through this astonishing book. What erudition! I can't understand why it took me so long to get around to reading this. So many of Clive's heroes and anti-heroes are also mine.
