  1. And what a marvellous photograph it is, analogue far surpassing digital imagery.

  2. Gene: date, place and verdict of the Myrtle Thornberry inquest, please.

  3. Mr. Anonymous:

    Please stop filling this forum with your spam. Your behaviour is not dissimilar to that of the TES clique, in particular, the member Mr Scintillant, who would spam threads with his climate change and Covid-19 hysteria - all based on forecasts that were and still are unscientific.

    Perhaps start a blog of your own.

    Kind regards
    Sir Henry

  4. Piss off, Gene.

    But not before you have supplied your readers [both of us] with the date, place and verdict of the Myrtle Thornberry inquest, please.

    And if you hope for anyone other than you to take your Sir Henry impersonation seriously, rememnber that

    [a] this is not a forum, but a blog - or at least an apology for a blog;

    [b[ a request for evidence to back up a serious allegation of causing a suicide is not spam by any stretch of the imagination;

    [c] given that you accuse me of being the OberGruppenFuhrer of "the clique", your remark that my behaviour is not dissimilar to a member of it is bizarre. Unless of course you are pissed at lunchtime again.

    1. Please learn some manners Mr Anonymous. Not only are you clearly deluded, but also too drunk (again) at two in the afternoon to spell "remember" correctly

    2. Well said Sir H. Detterling is all mouth and alimentary canal.

    3. Pure bluster, and largely incoherent. Occasionally he manages to make sense, as on the occasion he asserted the brilliance of Mozart's clarinet concerto: that despite it being in a Major key, it was able to effect deep melancholy.
